
Our Story
Brynsh was founded in 2022 by James; a food science graduate with over a decade of experience in the food industry and many years before that working in hospitality. Always happiest in the kitchen, designing new recipes or cooking for friends, Brynsh combines these passions to provide delicious and fuss-free dining experiences.
By avoiding many of the overheads that other restaurants contend with, we can offer truly excellent dining experiences without the killer price tag. With a strong focus on our environmental impact we use only recyclable packaging, where possible, and by making all dishes to order we can minimise food waste.
Brynsh heat-at-home menus are always changing and can be tailored to suit many different tastes.
With flavours inspired by international classics and novel combinations, it's fine dining with a modern casual twist. We aim to accommodate all types of requests to make your experience perfect.
