Our Style
Modern popular dining is constantly evolving and here at Brynsh we aim to keep everything super-fresh and exciting. Our menus are full of dishes inspired by fusions of differing cuisines, twists on British classics and lesser known ingredients and flavours. The format varies, from small plate, tapas style dining, to 8 course tasting menus and everything in between.
Kofte Bites with Tabbouleh and Anari
from the Santes Dwynwen Menu
Succulent Welsh lamb, seasoned with classic kofte flavours of cumin, coriander and onion, griddled to perfection on cast iron. Served on a bed of zesty, fresh tabbouleh salad and topped with crumbled Cypriot sheeps curd cheese.
Leek and Bacon Gratin Croquettes
from the Dydd Gwyl Dewi Menu
Inspired by Saint Davids day, we took our hugely popular dauphinoise croquette and added layers of smoked streaky bacon and buttery wilted leeks. Variations on this dish will keep popping up, its an unbeatable combination of creamy, garlicky potatoes and crisp crunchy coating.
